Spectrum Scientifics is located right on Main street in Manayunk. Main st is easily accessible by both I-76 or the scenic Kelley Drive along the Schuylkill River. We can reached easily by Car, Bike, or Public transit.

Spectrum Scientifics is located at 4403 Main St. In Manayunk, Philadelphia, very near the corner of Main & Levering streets. Manayunk is famous for its shopping district, with fine dining, excellent boutique stores, walkable canal towpath, and many other wonderful features.

From South of Philadelphia (Delaware County, Delaware, Baltimore, etc.)

Take I-95 North and follow signs for I-76 West, (The Schuylkill Expressway). Follow I-76 to the Belmont/Green Lane exit 338 (old Exit 31). At the bottom of the ramp, turn right and cross the Green Lane bridge to the traffic light and turn right into Manayunk. Spectrum Scientifics will be on the left just before Levering St. Levering is the first street you will encounter where you can turn left (Note: there is no light or stop sign at Levering). We recommend turning left onto Levering st. and parking in the Levering parking lot.

From North of Philadelphia (Bucks County, New York, North Jersey)

Take the NJ Turnpike to PA Turnpike/Exit 6. Take the PA Turnpike to exit 326 (old exit 24, Schuylkill Expressway). Take I-76, (The Schuylkill Expressway) to Belmont Ave/ Green Lane exit 338 (old exit 31). At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and cross the Green Lane bridge to the traffic light and turn right into Manayunk. Spectrum Scientifics will be on the left just before Levering St. Levering is the first street you will encounter where you can turn left (Note: there is no light or stop sign at Levering. We recommend turning left onto Levering st. and parking in the Levering parking lot.

From West of Philadelphia (Reading, Lancaster, Harrisburg)

Take the PA Turnpike East to Exit 326 (old exit 24; Schuylkill Expressway). Take I-76, (The Schuylkill Expressway) to Belmont Ave/ Green Lane exit 338 (old exit 31). By Public Transportation

Manayunk is served by SEPTA's Manayunk/Norristown Regional Rail line. The station stop is less than 2 blocks away from the Spectrum Scientifics store. If coming from Center City or the Airport, simply walk down the ramp, take a right across Cresson Ave onto Levering St. Walk down a block to Main St. and turn right. Spectrum Scientifics is just 2 doors in from the corner of Levering & Main.

Parking Near Spectrum Scientifics

2 hour metered street parking (free on Sundays) is available on Main Street and adjoining streets in Manayunk, but spaces can be hard to find during shopping seasons or on weekends. The Levering Street parking lot ($2 per hour, Free 12PM-3PM Mon-Thu) is closest to Spectrum Scientifics and is recommended if you plan to buy something heavy like a larger model telescope. Other parking lots close to Spectrum are:
