Description
Gabbro is a dark rock formed by the slow cooling of magnesium and iron rich magma. It consists of black augite phenocrysts entwined with white plagioclase. Normally a coarse rock, these samples have been polished smooth, producing attractive patterns and reflections. These samples are around 50mm with a variation of -2mm to +5mm. Includes wood stand.
