- Friction plate: Aluminum plate with one side velvet, one side acrylic plate.
- Friction blocks: 2 pieces. One piece made of aluminum alloy, weight 1N. One piece made of copper, weight 1N. Copper block has two different surfaces: one side copper and the other attached with cloth. Aluminum block has four sides used for experiment: two polished surfaces and two rough surfaces.
