Return Policy

Items may be returned to Spectrum Scientifics within 15 days of purchase or within 15 days of December 25th when purchased from Oct. 31st to Dec. 24th. Merchandise returned will be fully refunded, less shipping/handling.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LABWARE MAY NOT BE RETURNED!

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS BOX. Item must be in mint condition and free from wear, dirt, scratches, or abuse. Manufacturer's box must be in new, unmarked condition. Spectrum Scientifics will not accept returned merchandise that has been abused.
2. Place item in a shipping box and return it to RETURNS, 4403 Main St. Philadelphia, PA 19127.
3. Contact Parcel Post, UPS, or other carrier and return package prepaid.
4. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
