Description

Each part of these lovely wall-hung planters are made with care and the highest quality ingredients. These live-edge hard wood slabs are hand mounted (with moss carefully woven in) with a living plant. You have the choice of three easy-to-care-for plants: a bromeliad, asparagus fern, or staghorn fern.
They will arrive with wall-mounting bracket attached, and are surprisingly light. Feel free to put them on an easel instead for a stunning desk ornament. Made from beautiful cherry or poplar, these pieces are hand-selected and sanded to be silky soft, then polyurethaned with several coats to withstand moisture over time. Each is a work of art, and there will be variations in grain and knots, as well as plants and moss.
Staghorn ferns love bright indirect light and are best known for being epiphytes, plants that derive moisture and nutrients from the air and rain. They are generally found growing harmlessly on tree trunks, branches, or rocks, where tropical rains provide moisture and wash nutrients into the root area. At Twig, we mimic those nutrients to provide constant natural food, so your staghorn fern should live long and prosper for years to come! Water every three days by soaking for two minutes.
Approximately 6-7.5" W x 24" H
